Product Sample / Promo Item Insert into Congress Grab Bag
The Congress Grab Bag is not to be confused with the traditional delegate bag. The Grab Bag shall only contain innovative product samples and promotional items (such as cups, notepads, flash lights etc.) that are approved by the Organizing Committee. Literature items (brochures, postcards etc.) will not be placed in the Grab Bag. We will have a literature booth for these items in the exhibit hall.

All Bronze sponsors will sponsor the Poster Sessions.

 
 

IUFoST 2014 EXPO

Exhibit Space

1 x 10 ft.x10 ft. of free exhibition is included with this package. We expect close to 100 companies to participate in the Trade Exhibition. In order to ensure traffic flow, coffee breaks and poster sessions will take place in the Exhibit Hall.

Product Showcase

*A 1-hour timeslot can be purchased for $1,500 CAD plus applicable taxes.

Reserve a private meeting room for one hour to showcase your product/service to the congress delegates and existing clients on Sunday, August 17 between 1 and 6pm. This is a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate or launch a product/service, deliver a presentation or case study in a more private and intimate environment.
