Registration Benefits


Registration fees for delegates and full-time students include access to sessions, Industry Leader Summit, exhibit hall, Welcome Reception and daily coffee breaks.

Registration fees for companions include the Welcome Reception, Wednesday Social Evening Event, access to exhibit hall, welcome kit, and a walking tour of Old Montreal.

 

Lunches


Lunches are not included in the registration fees. Food trucks in the Exhibit Hall will provide lunches from 11am to 2pm at a cost of between $9 and $15 per lunch. 

 

Social Evening Event


Tickets for the Wednesday Social Evening Event can be purchased separately. One ticket is already included in a Companion Program's registration fees.

 

Workshops and Group Sessions


If you would like to receive more information on workshops and group sessions, please indicate it on the online registration form.

 

Developing Country Sponsorship (DSC) Fund


If you would like to make a difference to a person living in a developing country, please make a contribution via the online registration form. All DCS funds will be applied to the sponsorship of developing country delegates.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy


Delegates unable to attend the 17th IUFoST 2014 Congress will be entitled to a full refund (less 25% for administrative charges), provided that a written request is received by the Conference Secretariat (IS Event Solutions) by June 30, 2014. The organizers regret that refund requests received after this date will not be considered. All approved refunds will be issued after the IUFoST 2014 Congress on or before October 1, 2014.

 

Important Note Regarding Visa Invitation Letters


Please note that invitation letters for Visa purposes can only be issued to delegates who have successfully paid their registration fees. Should your Visa be declined, we will refund you the full amount you paid provided that you submit document proof of visa denial. The deadline to submit a written refund request due to visa refusal is August 17, 2014.
