Groups consisting of more that 10 people can benefit from a discount of 10% of the registration fees at the prevailing rate (either early-bird or regular registration). Read more below.

As a group handler, you must complete a Group Registration Form and provide payment in one large sum, not in individual payments. Once completed, please fax or email your Group Registration Form to the IUFoST Congress Secretariat. We will then process your group payment. General Policy for Group Registration

• A group registration consists of 10 or more people.
• Groups consisting of 10 or more people will receive a discount of 10% of the registration fees at the prevailing rate (either early-bird or regular registration).
• Payment for a group registration must be done in one large sum, not in individual payments.
• Group registration passes can be purchased without provision of names if purchased by May 15, 2014.
• Names must be submitted by June 30, 2014.
• As of July 1, name changes can only be done onsite.
• Groups must ensure that the correct number of passes will be purchased.
• No changes in number of passes will be made to any invoice.
• Additional passes will be invoiced separately and at the prevailing rate.
• Delegate names will not appear on the invoice. However the Group Handler must complete a Group Registration Form and list all the delegate names. Once payment is received and each delegate registered online through the registration system, the IUFoST 2014 Registration Department will update each registrant's file with the payment information. A revised letter of confirmation will then be sent to the individual with a copy to the Group Handler.
• Should you assign one of your group’s passes to an individual who has already registered and paid on their own, you need to remove this individual from your group list and provide another name. We will not issue a refund to the individual or any unused passes.
• NO REFUNDS will be issued on group registrations.
• Collection of registration passes onsite for entire group only is available upon request and appointment.
