This tour brings you to three restaurants for tapas paired with carefully chosen wines, a specialized grocery store and a food production site. Meet the chefs and entrepreneurs that bring you the traditional, re-visited or Iberian-inspired delights. Stories and explanation of the food and evolution of the businesses that culminated to bring you what you are tasting to be had. Experience each establishment intimately, with privilege and an insider perspective- like being inside a tv show!
